Cream Ripening Tank

The cream is reduced to ripening temperature by pasteurizing through this tank. It is ripened by adding culture at this temperature.

Cream Pasteurization and Ripening Tank. It is steam heated and offers cooling opportunity by the water to be given from the steam wall. The bottom is conical and the cream is provided to flow smoothly.
